Instructions:

(1) Clean the water tank and fill it with water; inject clean water into the main tank until there is water overflow at the overflow;

(2) Start the conveyor mesh belt motor to make the mesh belt run normally and in the correct direction;

(3) Start the vortex pump and inject air into the water tank to make the water in the tank churn;

(4) Open the valve of the spray pipe to spray the water evenly on the mesh belt;

(5) Check all operating parts and work after confirming normal operation.

(6) Depending on the cleaning degree of the material, it can be cleaned separately

and then transported by the mesh belt.

Working principle:

The material is poured into the water, and the high-pressure gas is used to generate bubbling to stir and clean the material. After the heavy dirt such as mud and sand on the material is separated, it falls into the sedimentation area under the filter screen. The material is gradually moved to the conveyor belt under the push of water. The upper part is lifted out of the inner tank, and then after spray cleaning, the material is washed twice, and then enters the following process. The washed rinsing material is intercepted by the filter. During the working process, the water inlet pipe and the sprinkler pipe always supply water, so that the sewage in the water tank is gradually replaced.
